What a wonderful morning together as a church family!

Today we paused to remember and pray for our brothers and sisters around the world who face persecution for their faith in Jesus Christ.

As we reflected on Acts 4, we were challenged by the first organized persecution of the early church. Despite opposition, threats, and pressure, the believers remained steadfast, prayed together, and were filled afresh with the Holy Spirit.

May we be inspired by their example to stand firm in our faith, speak God’s Word with boldness, and rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to be effective witnesses for Jesus wherever He has placed us.

“And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.” — Acts 4:31

What a beautiful celebration together as we gathered for Pentecost Sunday!

We worshipped Jesus, spent time in His presence, shared fellowship together, and reflected on the gift and power of the Holy Spirit poured out upon the church.
Pentecost reminds us that we are not alone — God has filled His people with His Spirit to live boldly, love deeply, and carry the hope of Christ into the world.

So thankful for every conversation, every prayer, every smile, and every moment shared together as the family of God. May we continue to walk in step with the Holy Spirit this week and live lives fully surrendered to Jesus.

What a beautiful time together yesterday as we gathered in worship, fellowship, and around God’s Word.

In every season of life, there are moments where we find ourselves in the “waiting rooms” — places of uncertainty, stretching, prayer, and trusting. Yet even there, God is at work. He meets us in the waiting, shapes us through it, and reminds us that we are never alone.

So thankful for the opportunity to spend time together as a church family and allow the Lord to minister to our hearts. May we continue to trust Him in every waiting room of life, knowing His timing is always perfect. 🙏

Today on Ascension Day, we reflect back on Sunday’s message and our focus throughout this week’s daily devotions on the Ascension of Jesus.

What a powerful reminder that Jesus did not simply leave — He ascended in victory, took His place at the right hand of the Father, and continues to rule and intercede for us. The Ascension reminds us that our King is on the throne, our salvation is secure, and our mission is clear.

As the disciples waited between Ascension and Pentecost, they waited with expectation, prayer, unity, and hope. May we do the same. In the waiting seasons of life, we can trust that God is still working, still leading, and still preparing His people for what is ahead.

“While he blessed them, he parted from them and was carried up into heaven.” — Luke 24:51 (ESV)

May today encourage you to lift your eyes again to Jesus — our risen, reigning, and returning King.
