God moved mightly this past month at CPUT Mowbray Campus. We praise the Lord for the work at branch and the collaborative work of the SCO HIS branches across the Western Cape. 💙🙌🏽

🙏🏾 PRAYER WEEK: National Conference 💙🇿🇦

Let's unite in prayer for our upcoming National Conference (dated 29 June - 3rd July in Magaliesberg). 🙏✨

As we continue our week of prayer, we’re lifting up this conference to God. May His presence go before us and fill every moment. 🙌🏽

Prayer Focus:
1. Prep & Logistics – Wisdom for organizers, smooth planning, safety & blessings for venue + staff
2. Finances – Provision for all costs + generous giving
3. Delegates & Sections – Schools, HIS & ACF united in love + a powerful move of the Holy Spirit
4. Speakers – Rev. Moss Ntlha, Prof. Nadine Bowers-du Toit, Pastor Memani, Rev Vasco Seloane, Dr. Eva Seobi. Pray for wisdom, anointing & clarity in every session
5. SCO Team – Strength, energy, perseverance & protection for staff, volunteers & leaders
6. Legacy – Celebrating 130 years of faithfulness & praying for the next generation of leaders

Today join us in prayer for the Schools Section.

Prayer Points:
1. Open doors – For SCO to reach more learners in schools across the country
2. Courage for educators & learners – To boldly share the Gospel
3. Good partnerships – With the DoE and other partners in every province
4. More volunteers – To support educators on the ground
5. Financial provision – For the National Conference, so learners, educators & parents can attend
6. Leaders – Wisdom, courage & strength for all Schools Section leaders at national, provincial, regional & branch levels

🙏🏾 PRAYER WEEK: Higher Institutions 🎓🧑🏽‍🎓

Let’s come together today and pray for students across higher institutions nationwide. Many are in a critical season right now — facing exams and challenges academically, spiritually, emotionally, and financially. As a faith community, we’re called to stand with them and bring their needs before God.

Prayer Points:

1. For focus and peace during exams – Ask God to give students clarity, calm minds, confidence, and success in all their studies.
2. For health and mental well-being – Pray for God’s protection over their bodies and minds, and for strength against anxiety, depression, stress, sickness, and harm.
3. For provision to attend the National Conference – Pray that the Lord provides finances, transport, sponsorships, and everything needed for students who want to attend.
4. For student leaders – Pray for wisdom, integrity, and unity, that they would lead with humility, discernment, love, and sincerity for the good of the fellowship.
5. For spiritual growth and boldness – Ask the Holy Spirit to spark revival, deepen their walk with God, and raise students who live out their faith boldly on campus.
6. For godly influence at home – Pray that as students return for mid-year holidays, their lives would bring peace, joy, help, and a Christ-like example to their families and communities.

“Pray without ceasing.” – 1 Thessalonians 5:17

May God raise up a generation of students who are strong in faith, sound in their studies, and make a real impact in the world.

Happy Freedom Day 🇿🇦🥳

Today we honor the heroes who fought for our nation’s freedom — many imprisoned, some who gave their lives. Their courage gave us a brighter future.

But there’s an even greater freedom: Christ broke our chains of sin through the cross.

"So if the Son sets you free, you are truly free." – John 8:36

May we live free in our nation and in our souls — with purpose, love, and service.
