"John 3:1"
A ruler called Nicodemus, who loved the law because he was a member of the Sanhedrin. He was part of those who implemented the law set by government. He came to Jesus and exposed himself by saying "Master we know that no one can do what you do unless he is from God". Jesus then said unless one is born of water and spirit he cannot enter the kingdom of God. Be born again to enter the heavenly Kingdom. Going to church does not make you to enter heaven. Singing or praying will not make you enter the Kingdom of God,it is only when you are born again. Nicodemus was an elderly person, experienced adult who was respected by the nation for the religious laws over the nation,but did not know about the kingdom of God or being born again by the water and spirit of God. Then he asked how is that possible as I'm already old? Not knowing that Jesus spoke of Spiritual birth not physical re-birth.
Your spirit and mind be born again or changed, not doing things like before but to start having the mind of Christ.
Christ you received will convict you when doing what God does not want. Nicodemus lived by the law before he met with Jesus, but after meeting with him he start to even prophecy to the Pharisees.
"Ezekiel 36:25"
God will sprinkle clean water on you, you will be clean for your sins will be taken away so that you worship Christ. God will give you a New heart, New spirit to cause you to follow him and doing things according to his spirit which gave birth to you. Spiritual realm gives birth to the, New creation, supernatural life birth, things that are above the natural realm, nature cannot comprehend or calculate and master.
