Annual retreat for Daughters Of Saint Anne (DOSA) Holy Family-Dutywa took place on the 21-23 August 2026 . 6 new members joined as full members of the Sodality this year.

The sodality of the Sacred Heart of the diocese of QUEENSTOWN Visited uKhamba Project (at Mlungisi Location in Queenstown) for their annual work of mercy project on the 29th of August 2026.

Qoqodala Parish held a Parish Recollection Day to cater for members who were unable to attend their scheduled days of retreat. The recollection was originally intended for Abangcwele and Lay Ministers, but was opened to other parishioners who had missed their retreat.
The theme of the recollection was:
“One in Christ, United in Mission.”
The day provided an opportunity for parishioners to come together in prayer, reflection, reconciliation, and fellowship, strengthening their communion with Christ and their commitment to serving the mission of the Church together.

On Sunday 2nd August 2026, the Cofimvaba & Tsomo Pastoral District Communities gathered to celebrate Holy Mass.

The main purpose of the Holy Mass was to commission the Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion for their lay ministry.
We were honoured to be led by Rt. Rev. Bishop Siphiwo Vanqa SAC of Queenstown Diocese.
During the celebration, the Rt. Rev. Bishop also blessed the new Parish Pastoral Council members of both Cofimvaba and Tsomo parishes.

Let us keep our extra ordinary ministers and Parish Pastoral Council in our prayers as they begin their ministry.
