*CUSTOM OR CHRIST PASSOVER?*
John 18:39
(NLT) But you have a *custom of asking me to release one prisoner each year at Passover.* Would you like me to release this ‘King of the Jews’?”
While customs and traditions allow for truths to be remembered and legacies to be passed on, it is *crucial to connect to the power of the event being remembered.*
*Passover reminds us* of how hundreds of thousands of people were set free when the *blood of the first born* was shed on one night.
Now custom was being observed yet *only one person per year was being set free during their traditional* or customary observance of Passover.
*This Passover we refuse to limit God's Love, Power and Grace* through our traditions that make the Word of God of no effect.
Just like it was then *in one night that thousands were set free*.
This Passover season,we declare *freedom* of thousands upon thousands in every *gathering of believers in Jesus Christ.*
