*State of Emergency Prayers SOEP: A Call to Intercede for Zimbabwe Against Evil Practices and Dedication (Kuromba)

Dear ZBG Family,

As discussed and agreed on the platform on Saturday 2 August 2025, there is an urgent call to prayer for our nation. We would like to pray in this month of August. We seek to stand in the gap for Zimbabwe. The call for "State of Emergency Prayers against Evil Dedications and Practices (Kuromba) in Our Nation," aims to unite us in prayer daily and fasting one day a week per intercessor,( __you are welcome to use your normal fasting day)_ seeking God's protection, deliverance, and blessings for our country. As we are praying, we are calling a stop to kuromba and praying for righteousness to prevail in our nation.

*The Purpose*

Through this prayer initiative, we aim to:

- Pray against evil dedications and practices that seek to harm our nation, its prophetic destiny, and its people
- Seek God's protection and deliverance for Zimbabwe and its people, it's roads, its rivers etc
- Declare God's sovereignty and lordship over our nation. ° Pray for God's intervention and guidance in all church conferences and Godly gatherings, protect and bless travelers in August holidays and beyond.
- Invite God's blessings, peace, and prosperity upon Zimbabwe.

*As ZBG Intercessors and members how do participate in the state of emergency prayer call SOEP?

Prayer Leaders are invited to volunteer to lead daily prayers on the WhatsApp group. Intercessors are invited to participate by intensifying prayer during this period. Prayer direction will be guided on a daily basis by an appointed intercessory leader. All intercessors are encouraged to engage and acknowledge the prayer points as they are shared. Where the Lord gives an individual prayer direction or a word of confirmation they are most welcome to send the message to any of the administrators for on ward transmission to the relevant people or to the

*Prayers for Zimbabwe 1 July 2025*
*Nehemiah 4:4*
Father, in the Name of Jesus, we come before Your throne this morning, Lord. We thank You, Father God, for the prayers of the children of Zimbabwe, prayers that are disrupting the spiritual realm. Father God, we thank You that even as our prayers are heard, those who oppose the deliverance of Zimbabwe are being shaken. Even though they may come against us with intimidation and scorn, we thank You, Lord Jesus, that the work You have begun in this nation shall be completed in Jesus' Name. Heavenly Father, block our ears to the sarcasm and mocking words that come from people around us, even as we share and believe in our vision for a new Zimbabwe. Heavenly Father, we thank You, Lord Jesus, that it is not in our hands, but in Your hands. And because it is in Your hands, You will see it through to completion. As Your children, we are not perfect. We have many shortcomings. We are not strong, but we get our strength from You. And we thank You that You are with us and will see us through this assignment.
We pray that we would not be afraid of criticism but remain sensitive to Your voice and Your Word. We pray against the spirit of discouragement and put our faith in You, believing in Your promises and what You said You will do. We pray that those who criticise and look down on our prayers and assignment may know and realise that it is Your work they criticise, Your plan they are talking down. May they hear Your rebuke, and repent, and turn with us towards praying for a new and glorious Zimbabwe. We may not have favour from the kings and rulers of this land, but our favour comes from You.
Your word reminds us that the just shall live by faith, and it is Your faith we are holding on to in this season. **Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. (Hebrews 11:1)** We may be discouraged, but this is Your work, and You shall complete it, and we pray to You, God, that we would surely see the goodness of the Lord and we live in the land of Zimbabwe.

*Prayers for Zimbabwe - 25 February 2025*
*Prayer for Revival*
Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus, we come before Your throne of grace this morning. Thank You, Father God, that You are the God of revival, the Lord who revives nations and lands. Thank You that Zimbabwe is engraved in the palms of Your hands.

This morning, Father God, we humble ourselves before Your throne. We seek Your face, Lord, and we pray for the grace to turn from our wicked ways so that we may hear You speaking to us from heaven.
Lord, rend our hearts, not our garments. Draw us back to You, for You are gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in love. Let revival visit the land of Zimbabwe, Father! Revive every part of our land—our economy, political environment, workplaces, churches, and homes.

Father, we commit ourselves to seek You with all our hearts, knowing that when we seek You, we will find You. We return to You, broken and in pieces, but trusting that You are the Lord who heals, binds up our wounds, revives, and restores.
We thank You, Lord, for Your promise of restoration. You have promised that You will revive us again so we may rejoice in You again. We know that You, the Eternal One, dwell in a high and holy place, yet You also live among those who are contrite and lowly in spirit, reviving their hearts.

Father, we stand in awe of Your power and glory. We have seen Your mighty works and pray that You will repeat Your marvellous deeds in Zimbabwe. Let Your greatness, power, and might be known in our land.
Lord, have mercy on us. We repent of our sins and ask You to wash them away so that times of refreshing may come upon this land. Let us receive and enjoy the salvation we have through Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, remain sovereign over Zimbabwe. We pray that this nation would put You first as its Lord, God, and King. May Your glory rise over this land, dispelling every darkness. Let the brightness of Your presence drive away every evil and oppressive force.
Have compassion on us, Lord. Do not let us drown in the evil surrounding us, but lift us up and restore the joy of our salvation.
We thank You, Father, and we pray all this in Jesus' Name.

*Prayer for Divorcing Evil Spiritual Forces and Releasing Blessings Over Zimbabwe*

Almighty God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the Ruler of all nations, we come before You in repentance, humility, and faith, lifting up Zimbabwe into Your hands. You are the Righteous Judge, and we appeal to Your supreme authority to separate Zimbabwe from every evil spiritual force that has been working against its destiny.

*Divorcing Zimbabwe from Evil Spiritual Forces*

Father, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we divorce Zimbabwe from every evil covenant, demonic altar, and spiritual bo***ge that has kept this nation in cycles of poverty, corruption, bloodshed, and idolatry.

*“What agreement is there between the temple of God and idols? For we are the temple of the living God. As God has said: ‘I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God, and they will be My people.’ Therefore, ‘Come out from them and be separate,’ says the Lord.” (2 Corinthians 6:16-17)*

We declare that Zimbabwe renounces all evil allegiances made in the past—whether through leadership, traditional rituals, occult practices, or generational agreements. We command every demonic principality and territorial spirit claiming legal ground over Zimbabwe to loose its grip now in Jesus’ name!

*“Having disarmed the powers and authorities, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.” (Colossians 2:15)*

By the blood of Jesus, we erase every satanic decree written against Zimbabwe. We break the chains of:
*• Idolatry and ancestral worship – (Exodus 20:3)*
*• Corruption and wicked governance – (Proverbs 29:2)*
*• Bloodshed and violence – (Genesis 4:10)*
*• Poverty and economic oppression – (Deuteronomy 28:12-13)*
*• Division and tribalism – (Galatians 3:28)*

*Zimbabwe is set free from every evil marriage to darkness! Just as You commanded Pharaoh to let Your people go, we declare, “Let Zimbabwe go!” from every spiritual oppression, in Jesus’ name!*

*Declaring Blessings Over Zimbabwe*

Father, now that Zimbabwe is separated from darkness, we dedicate this nation to Your kingdom. We establish the covenant of Jesus Christ over Zimbabwe and call forth Your divine blessings:
1. Blessing of Righteous Leadership
“I will restore your leaders as in days of old, your rulers as at the beginning. Afterward, you will be called the City of Righteousness, the Faithful City.” (Isaiah 1:26)
*• We speak wisdom, justice, and integrity into Zimbabwe’s leadership.*
*• We declare God-fearing leaders shall arise to govern in righteousness.*
*2. Blessing of Economic Prosperity
“You will lend to many nations but will borrow from none.” (Deuteronomy 28:12)*
*• We decree economic restoration over Zimbabwe.*
*• The wealth of the land shall benefit its people, and the nation shall flourish.*
3.Blessing of Peace and Unity
“How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” *(Psalm 133:1)*
• Every spirit of tribalism, division, and strife is cast out.
• Zimbabwe shall be a united and peaceful nation.
4. Blessing of Revival and Spiritual Awakening
“For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” *(Habakkuk 2:14)*
• Zimbabwe shall experience a mighty revival.
• The Gospel of Jesus Christ shall transform hearts and restore the land.
5. Blessing of Favor and Divine Protection
“The Lord will keep you from all harm—He will watch over your life.” *(Psalm 121:7)*
• No weapon formed against Zimbabwe shall prosper *(Isaiah 54:17)*
• The nation is protected under God’s wings *(Psalm 91:4)*

*Sealing Zimbabwe in God’s Hands*

Father, we seal this prayer in the blood of Jesus. Let Zimbabwe arise and shine as a testimony of Your power and grace. We declare:
• Zimbabwe belongs to Jesus!
• Zimbabwe is a blessed nation!
• Zimbabwe’s future is secure in Christ!

“Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.” *(Psalm 33:12)*

Thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and establishing Your will over Zimbabwe. We declare it done in Jesus’ mighty name!
