Reading of the word by Apostle T.J Makuwa
Message Titled: Keep the covenant by faith and obedience

Scripture reference: Genesis 12: 1-3;John 14:15; 1Samuel15:22
; Hebrews 11: 8-9
-As the children of God we are in a covenant with God and we ought to be faithful to him. God said unto Abram Now [in Haran] the Lord had said to Abram, “Go away from your country, And from your relatives And from your father’s house, To the land which I will show you country

-And I will make you a great nation, And I will bless you [abundantly], And make your name great (exalted, distinguished); And you shall be a blessing [a source of great good to others]; Now this is the convenant that God is making with Abram

- When this message gets to Abarm firstly he must be obedient and receive them by Faith. As the children of God, the words that are spoken by God we ought to take them by faith and be obedient to the word even though it seems as if it doesn't make sense.

- It was easy for Abram to see the results of what God promised to him because he kept the covenant between him and God and he kept his Faith in God that he will make him a father of nations

- The bible says in the book of John that " if you love me,you will keep my commands" As the children of God we have entered to a covenant with God through the blood of Jesus Christ on the cross of calvary.
-Therefore hence we are in this covenant we must keep the commandments of God

- Our Faith should be accompanied by actions. Abram was called a fatehr of faith of faith. By faith Abraham, when he was called [by God], obeyed by going to a place which he was to receive as an inheritance; and he went, not knowing where he was going

-By faith he lived as a foreigner in the promised land, as in a strange land, living in tents [as nomads] with Isaac and Jacob, who were fellow heirs of the same promise. [Gen 12:1-8] For he was [waiting expectantly and confidently] looking forward to the city which has foundations, [an eternal, heavenly city] whose architect and builder is God.

Intersession by lady Apostle

Prayer of forgiveness, the bible say in the book of Isaiah that the hand of the lord is not to shorten to can reach us and save us but our sins and inquties have separated us from God.

- This morning let us Go before the presence of God and ask him to forgive us. The bible says if we say we have not sinned we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us.

1 Corinthians 10:13
13 No temptation [regardless of its source] has overtaken or enticed you that is not common to human experience [nor is any temptation unusual or beyond human resistance];

- but God is faithful [to His word—He is compassionate and trustworthy], and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability [to resist],

-but along with the temptation He [has in the past and is now and] will [always] provide the way out as well, so that you will be able to endure it [without yielding, and will overcome temptation with joy].

- This morning let us God before the presence of God and remind him that he said in his word that he will never tempt us more that what we can bear.

- If you feel like the challenges you are facing today as a child of God.are to much for you to can bear, tell God that you cannot do it by yourself. He said in his word that cast all your cares and burdens unto the lord and he will carry everything for you.

-He said in his word that come to me all you are burdend and I will give you rest
Acts 28:3‭-‬5 AMP
But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper crawled out because of the heat and fastened itself on his hand

-When the natives saw the creature hanging from his hand, they began saying to one another, “Undoubtedly this man is a murderer, and though he has been saved from the sea, Justice [the avenging goddess] has not permitted him to live.” Then Paul [simply] shook the creature off into the fire and suffered no ill effect

- immediately when the viper felt the heat it revealed its self and Paul seeing is he shook of the creature into the fire

-This morning let us pray that whatever poison that we have consumed from the kingdom of darkness while we were sleeping at night let the fire of the holy ghost consume

Any thing that is not of God , that is attached to us let the fire of God consume, the bible says in the book of Hebrews that for our God is a consuming fire.

Title:Faithfulness

1 Chronicles 10:1-14

1. Now the Philistines fought against Israel: and the men of Israel fled from before the Philistines, and fell down slain in mount Gilboa.
2. And the Philistines followed hard after Saul and after his sons; and the Philistines slew Jonathan, and Abinadab, and Malchi-shua, the sons of Saul.
3. And the battle went sore against Saul, and the archers overtook him; and he was distressed by reason of the archers.
4. Then said Saul unto his armor-bearer, Draw thy sword, and thrust me through therewith, lest these uncircumcised come and abuse me. But his armor-bearer would not; for he was sore afraid. Therefore Saul took his sword, and fell upon it.
5. And when his armor-bearer saw that Saul was dead, he likewise fell upon his sword, and died.
6. So Saul died, and his three sons; and all his house died together.
7. And when all the men of Israel that were in the valley saw that they fled, and that Saul and his sons were dead, they forsook their cities, and fled; and the Philistines came and dwelt in them.
8. And it came to pass on the morrow, when the Philistines came to strip the slain, that they found Saul and his sons fallen in mount Gilboa.
9. And they stripped him, and took his head, and his armor, and sent into the land of the Philistines round about, to carry the tidings unto their idols, and to the people.
10. And they put his armor in the house of their gods, and fastened his head in the house of Dagon.
11. And when all Jabesh-gilead heard all that the Philistines had done to Saul,
12. all the valiant men arose, and took away the body of Saul, and the bodies of his sons, and brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh, and fasted seven days.
13. So Saul died for his trespass which he committed against Jehovah, because of the word of Jehovah, which he kept not; and also for that he asked counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquire [thereby],

-Saul died because he failed to be faithful to God.
-God choose Saul as the first king of Israel, then Saul gone astray from the will of God.
-He never repented even when God was reprimanding him through Samuel.
-Until he was nolonger hearing from God, and that is when he decided to seek from the mediums.
-Saul went to war without him being covered by God(as God was nolonger speaking to him)
-Saul because of pride and unfaithfulness he killed himself afraid to be killed by Philistines

13. So Saul died for his trespass which he committed against Jehovah, because of the word of Jehovah, which he kept not; and also for that he asked counsel of one that had a familiar spirit, to inquire [thereby],

Deuteronomy 8:19
¹⁹If you ever forget the LORD your God and follow other gods and worship and bow down to them, I testify against you today that you will surely be destroyed.

-What ever(challenges, difficulties)you might be facing.it must not push you away from God.

2 Timothy 2:13

¹³if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.

-let us be faithful before God
-Saul instead of going before the face of God and ask for forgiveness he preferred to die.
-Being unfaithful destroys.
-Unfaithful destroys relationships .
-For us to be faithful let us be humble
-Humbleness produce Faithfulness
-Saul was destroyed because of unfaithfulness and pride .
-Father restore our faithfulness.

Mark 11:25
²⁵And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins."

-Whenever you stand praying if you have anything against anyone forgive him .
So that your Father who is in heaven will also forgive your trespasses.
-Let us go before the face of God and ask forgiveness and let us forgive those who sinned against us.

-Take more of me and give me more of you.
-Let go of yourself.
-Let us allow the holyspirit to take complete control.
-We are full of pride, jealousy, hatred and doubt.
-But you promised us that what is impossible with man it is possible with God.
-More of you holyspirit.

Exodus 3:2
²And the angel of Jehovah appeared unto him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush: and he looked, and, behold, the bush burned with fire, and the bush was not consumed.

The tree was not consumed because of the presence of God.
-God presence purify without destroying.
-When the fire burn away children of God you'll be purify and whatever that is not from God it will be consumed.
-Father search my heart and consumed doubt,pride and pride
-Anything in me that does not reflect Christ let the fire consume.
-Let us be clean vessels for His glory.

The book of Ephisians says for we are not wrestling against flesh and blood but against principalities.
-Holyspirit equip us with the spiritual armor.
-Grant us peace to walk in victory.

Title:Grace of being Humble

-When you are humble the are challenges that will follow you because they want to remove your humbleness.
-When you have the spirit of God in you humbleness must be found in you.

Daniel 4:23-30

-God warned Nebuchadnezzar

-break away now from your sins and exhibit your repentance by doing what is right and from your wickedness by showing mercy to poor[if you repent]there may possibly be a countenance of your prosperity and healing of you era.

-he was gonna be given second chance by just humbling himself and like he was told.
-But Nebuchadnezzar instead of humbling himself,he started seeing himself bigger than anyone
Because of that he lost his royalty position.
We found that on verse
30:He boosted about him building Babylon and whatever seen there being done by his mighty power.
That pride cost him a lot.

When we read about the prodigal son after he spent everything given to him by his father,and when he realise that he has sin.
He humbled himself and went to his father.
-The prodigal son asked for forgiveness before his father and the father welcomed him.

- pride will affect your faith and your position in christ.
-The person who is humble is teachable.
-A humble person always admits his mistakes.

James 4:6

6. But he giveth more grace. Wherefore [the scripture] saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace to the humble.

-The more you humble yourself is the more you receive grace from God.

Zechariah 3:9
⁹See, the stone I have set in front of Joshua! There are seven eyes on that one stone, and I will engrave an inscription on it,’ says the LORD Almighty, ’and I will remove the sin of this land in a single day.

-Let us go before the face of God this morning and let Him purify our hearts.
-We ask you lord to forgive us this morning and purify our hearts lord.

Manna fell everyday for a reason, Israel was told nor to keep Manna for the following day.
-If they were doing that they'll found it rotten.
-Position yourself for today's grace
-Do not allow your yesterday mistake spoil your tomorrow.
-This it's a new day,new grace and new Manna.
-Surely there's manna for you today
Just be obedient Israel.
Keep His commands
-Don't walk by sight walk by faith.
-Rely on God do not rely not your own understanding.

Ephesians 6:12
¹²For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

-Unseen spiritually beings that's what we are Wrestling.
-They fight you daily block you and cause delays.
Your battle it's not canal,Let God help you today as you are here.and give you more spiritual weapon to be able to face whatever is coming your way.
Holyspirit let the our inner man be empowered to be able to fight for us.

Luke 1:45
⁴⁵Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfill his promises to her!"

-The moment you start to believe you are blessed.
-The moment you start to believe blessings are locating you.
-When you believe just now it is done.
-God increase my faith.

2 Samuel 5:20

²⁰So David went to Baal Perazim, and there he defeated them. He said, "As waters break out, the LORD has broken out against my enemies before me." So that place was called Baal Perazim.

SUNDAY SERVICE UPDATE || 24 May
Massage Titled: Maintain the presence of God
Scripture references: 1 Chronicles 15:2 ; 2 Samuel 6:1 - 21; ;Genesis 2:16 ; 1 Corinthians 2:16 ; Colossians 3:5 ; Galatians 5:19
- David Said they should use a cart to carry the presence of God so that it can come to his house. It was stated in the bible that the ark should be stricly carried by the ark and they should use the poles to carry the ark over their shoulers.

- David was doing a good thing of wanting the ark that carries the presence of God to come over his house but the problem is, he was doing it in a wrong way . he plqced the covenant on the cart instead of having the priest to carry the ark because they are the ones chosen and sanctified to carry the ark.

- Now because of this mistake, of them using a cart to draw the ark that carries the presence of God. The ark of God was about to fall ,uzzah tried to sustain it that it may not fall but he died.

-This is an indication to us as the children of God if we want the presence of God we should now how to maintain it. We should know how to carry God's presence.

- Now after Uzzah died the bible say David became afraid and said how can the ark of the lord be brought to his house. That's when he learned the need of respecting the ark because it was not ordinary but it's something that carries the presence of God.

- The bible in the book of Genisis , say God would visit Adam and Eve through out but after they after they Sinned before God they lost access to God's visitation they forfeited God's presence.

- In order for the presence if God to dwell in our bodies we need to be holy .Apostle Paul said we are the temple of God and the spirit of God lives in us.Now that we are the temple the are wordly things that we need to put to dead, because the presence of God can share an atmosphere with the things of tho world. The temple of God which is our bodies it must be keep clean and concentrated.

Genesis 19:1
The two angels arrived at S***m in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gateway of the city. When he saw them, he got up to meet them and bowed down with his face to the ground.

-If you are on a Christianity journey you must focus.
-When you are child of God you need to focus on yourself.
-looking back is destroying yourself.
-We need to focus on your journey
-Holyspirit may we notloose focus on our journey.

Numbers 11 :1
¹Now the people complained about their hardships in the hearing of the LORD, and when he heard them his anger was aroused. Then fire from the LORD burned among them and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.
