The countdown is on! In just one week, we gather for the Marketplace Ministry Institute Wealth Creation Dialogue & Open Day 2026.

This Women’s Month, the Marketplace Ministry Institute (MMI) had the privilege of hosting a special conversation on Faith, Leadership & Impact with two accomplished women whose journeys continue to demonstrate what it means to lead with purpose and excellence in the marketplace.

We were honoured to engage Jabulile Msimango-Galawe and Mathosa in a conversation that went beyond professional achievement.

From entrepreneurship, executive leadership and lifelong learning, to authorship, global speaking, philanthropy and corporate governance, the discussion explored the many ways in which women can use their knowledge, influence, faith and platforms to create impact.

As we reflected on the legacy of the women of 1956, we were reminded that we stand on the shoulders of giants. The opportunities available to us today also carry a responsibility: to open doors, create pathways and make the journey more accessible for those who come after us.
