3 DAYS TO GO | MMI WEALTH CREATION DIALOGUE & OPEN DAY

What does your money team look like?

At last year’s Marketplace Ministry Institute Wealth Creation Dialogue, Mlamuli Mbambo challenged us to think about the people we have around us as we build wealth.

Just as a coach needs the right team, the right formation and clarity on what each person does best, building wealth requires us to be intentional about the expertise, counsel and relationships we surround ourselves with.

This Saturday, Mlamuli returns to the MMI Wealth Creation Dialogue & Open Day to continue the conversation.

As a Financial Behaviour Strategist and Money Fundi, he brings an important perspective to a conversation that goes beyond simply making money. It is also about how we think about money, behave with money and position ourselves to build sustainable wealth.

7 DAYS TO GO | MMI WEALTH CREATION DIALOGUE

The countdown is on! In just one week, we gather for the Marketplace Ministry Institute Wealth Creation Dialogue & Open Day 2026.

Wealth creation is not only about how much you earn. It is about developing the right principles, disciplines and habits around what comes into your hands.

As this clip reminds us, the principle of saving matters. Building wealth requires us to think intentionally about how we earn, save, manage expenses, invest and ultimately steward our financial resources.

On Saturday, 12 September 2026, we will continue this conversation as we explore what it means to create, steward and sustain wealth with purpose.

This is an invitation to move beyond simply earning an income and begin thinking about ownership, responsibility, financial stewardship and generational impact. What are we building? What are we stewarding? And what are we enabling for our families, communities and generations to come?

Come ready to learn. Come ready to engage. Come ready to rethink what is possible.

This Women’s Month, the Marketplace Ministry Institute (MMI) had the privilege of hosting a special conversation on Faith, Leadership & Impact with two accomplished women whose journeys continue to demonstrate what it means to lead with purpose and excellence in the marketplace.

We were honoured to engage Jabulile Msimango-Galawe and Mathosa in a conversation that went beyond professional achievement.

From entrepreneurship, executive leadership and lifelong learning, to authorship, global speaking, philanthropy and corporate governance, the discussion explored the many ways in which women can use their knowledge, influence, faith and platforms to create impact.

As we reflected on the legacy of the women of 1956, we were reminded that we stand on the shoulders of giants. The opportunities available to us today also carry a responsibility: to open doors, create pathways and make the journey more accessible for those who come after us.

Thank you, Dr Jabulile Msimango-Galawe, Phd(Wits) and Katleho Paballo Makupu/Mathosa , for generously sharing your stories, lessons and experiences with the MMI community.

A special thank you to our lovely facilitator, Vena Chueu , for guiding the conversation so well and creating the space for such an insightful and engaging discussion.

Your journeys remind us that faith, excellence, knowledge, leadership and impact can coexist in the marketplace.
