SUNDAY, 30 August 2026- What a great time in his presence as the KAC Praise and Worship team ushered us with songs that uplifted our spirits.

The theme for today was Vintage which saw the team taking it back to Van Toeka Af.

Join us every Sunday for our weekly service to feel a connection with our Lord Jesus Christ. Service starts at 10:00.

Today, 16 August 2026 marked our first service without our spiritual father Ps. ED Phoku as he was laid to rest yesterday during a spiritually filled service held at The Kanyamazane Alliance Church- KAC.

We would like to thank everyone that supported the Phoku Family and the church at large during this trying time.

May the soul of our father continue to rest in peace and he will be solely missed and remembered for his teachings which forever remain with us.

KAC remains a spiritual home for every child of God.

Mourners from all corners of the province gathered at Kanyamazane Alliance Church to pay homage to the late Dr E.D. Phoku, who served the Lord faithfully alongside the church family until his passing on Monday, 3 August 2026.

Dr Phoku was remembered as a disciplined and dedicated leader whose life was marked by faithful service to God and commitment to the church. His passing has left a deep sense of loss among fellow believers, friends and the wider community, who gathered to honour his life and legacy.

Those who knew him spoke warmly of his leadership, discipline and devotion to the work of the Lord. His contribution to the church will be remembered with gratitude, while his family and loved ones continue to mourn his passing.

Details of his funeral service will be announced as soon as confirmed by the Phoku family.

It is with great sadness that we received the news of the passing of Dr. Alex Phoku of Kanyamazane.

We are deeply grateful for the love and support he showed to Indumiso Yase Mpumalanga , always opening the doors of his church to welcome us during our Church Tours. His kindness (oh man he would give amazing words of support every year) ,his hospitality, and commitment to the work of the Lord will always be remembered.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the Phoku family, The Kanyamazane Alliance Church- KAC . the church leadership, the congregation, and everyone whose lives were impacted by his faithful ministry.

Beloved Brethren, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Dr ED Phoku who was the senior pastor of The Kanyamazane Alliance Church- KAC.
