This past week, we celebrated the joy of healthy eating and good habits for children under the theme:
βHealthy Habits Today, Stronger Futures Tomorrow!β πͺππ₯

π₯ͺ Avocado & Tomato Smash Sandwich β simple, budget-friendly, and packed with healthy fats for growing brains.
π Rainbow Hummus Veggie Wrap β colourful, fibre-rich, and perfect for lunchboxes!
π Faith & Health Lessons:
God gave us good food β fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds to keep us strong.
Choose foods that help us grow and think better.
Be mindful of junk food β too much sugar, salt, and unhealthy fats can make us tired.
Water is our best drink β refreshing and vital every day.
Good habits build strong futures β eat well, move daily, sleep enough, and care for body, mind, and spirit.
