🌸 WHAT A SUNDAY AT DCC HILLCREST! 🌸

Today we celebrated the incredible power of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ! ✝️

The empty tomb reminds us that because He is risen, we don’t have to remain where we were — in Christ, there is new life, new hope and a new beginning! 🙌

DCC Kids celebrated spring with an EPIC Spring Picnic! 🌼🧺🎉 This was loved and enjoyed by all our kiddo’s.

There’s nothing like Sundays together in God’s house!

The tomb is empty. Jesus is alive. New life is possible! ✝️🌿

We were so blessed to have Ps Danny Gopal with us this morning, sharing a powerful word! 💪🔥

We were reminded to push back from the foundation of love, seek the Lord, surrender our hearts to Him, stand in unity, and pursue what Heaven has for us.

Even when we face setbacks, disappointment, exhaustion, division or moments when it feels like everything is lost — WE PUSH BACK BY FAITH! 🙏

Today, we honour and celebrate our Senior Pastor — a woman whose life is a beautiful reflection of faith, sacrifice, obedience and unwavering love for God and His people.

You have faithfully continued the work and vision of our Founding Pastors. You have honoured what they built, protected what was entrusted to you and continued to believe for the future of this house. What an incredible privilege it is to witness a legacy that is not simply remembered, but continued!

From the endless blonde jokes, to the funny stories, the perfectly timed one-liners and of course, the rhymes that somehow always make their way into everything- You bring so much joy to us!

We honour your heart, your wisdom, your faith, your leadership, your faithfulness and the way you continue to pour into generations.

We were blessed to have Dr Pearl with us, who ministered a powerful and timely word titled “Come to the Table.” 🍽️❤️

God is inviting us to draw near—to take our place at His table, to receive what He has prepared for us, and to remember that there is always room for us in His presence.
