Chi Alpha comes from two Greek letters that stads for Christ's Ambassadors' from 2 Corinthians 5:17-21 Everv vear we get together with River of life, Destinv Church and others for a weekend of seeking Jesus to become nation-changing ambassadors for God's Kingdom. On Saturday the disciples waited on God, unsure of what to do next. The Sabbath gave them time to sit with their unanswered questions, their grief, and to give God space to act in a way that none of them would have anticipated. In the same way we gather on Saturday... who knows what wonderful things Jesus will do.
