Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:9–11, NIV

Lord Jesus, we bow before you, before you to whom all power is given. We will love you, O Lord. We will treasure you. Your thoughts shall be our thoughts, that we may learn how you are named in heaven, on earth, and below the earth. Watch over us and be with us until you can come, until the time is fulfilled when you will appear among us and establish God’s kingdom. Then the whole world will rejoice and all people will bend their knees before you, the one Lord and Savior. Amen.

The Lord is my strength and my defense; he has become my salvation. Shouts of joy and victory resound in the tents of the righteous: “The Lord’s right hand has done mighty things! The Lord’s right hand is lifted high; the Lord’s right hand has done mighty things!” Psalm 118:14-16, NIV

Dear Father in heaven, we are your children, and we look to you and to your help at every turn of our lives. Remember us, especially when we want to serve you. Stay with us with your Spirit so that everything may work out to further your kingdom and the victory of Jesus Christ, which is to be proclaimed on earth. Through his victory all people shall find in him their Savior and look to you, our Father in heaven. Yes, Father in heaven, have mercy on the world, on the many who are unfortunate and who suffer from the widespread evil around them. Remember them. Have mercy on us through the strong and mighty Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

A voice resonates, "In the wilderness, prepare the Lord's pathway, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill be brought low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain." Isaiah 40:3-4, RSV. Heavenly Father, open our hearts and minds to hear Your divine voice, guiding us to follow Your path. May we be the ones who prepare the way for You. Grant us the strength to surrender everything at the right moment, realizing that Your way demands a level path, free from obstacles. In Jesus Christ, the light shines bright, empowering us with strength and hope. Through Him, we find solace and help, for You are always near, Your mighty hand shielding us in times of need. We trust in Your help, and our hearts yearn for it. Hear our deepest longings, and make us part of Your family, that we may hold onto hope and serve You faithfully. Praise be to Your name, O Father in heaven, for sending Jesus Christ to fight and conquer for us, a source of strength and victory. Amen.

But God chose what is seemingly foolish in the world to astound the wise; God chose what is apparently weak in the world to astound the strong. 1 Corinthians 1:27, RSV

Lord our God, we come to you with humility and gratitude, acknowledging our weaknesses and strengths, with the fervent prayer that your promise may be gloriously fulfilled in Jesus Christ, our beloved Lord and Savior. May the time arrive when the heavens open and a radiant light shines upon the earth, a time when people will joyfully praise and thank you and receive eternal peace and happiness with you. Remember the many individuals who face challenges in these trying times. Remember our nation and all who strive for the betterment of our country. Bless them and empower them. And comfort the dying, O Lord our God; grant that they may come to you, for they are yours. Your divine intervention will bring life out of death, joy out of sorrow and need. May your holy name be revered, dear Father in heaven, may your kingdom come and your will be done on earth as in heaven. In Jesus Christ's name Amen.
