The God of the mountain ⛰️ is the God of the Valley 🏞
God’s presence, power, and goodness do not change based on life’s circumstances.

1 Kings 20:28: The Arameans (Syrians) believed Israel's God was only a "god of the hills" after losing a mountain battle, assuming they could win if they fought in the valleys.

God gave Israel victory in the valley specifically to prove that He is sovereign everywhere, not just on the mountaintops.

While mountaintops represent victory, clarity, and ease, valleys are often where character is built, faith is stretched, and we experience God's most intimate comfort.
"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me” (Psalm 23:4).

"It Is Well with My Soul"

Horatio Spafford wrote the words in 1873 after losing his four daughters in a tragic sea collision: "When sorrows like sea billows roll... It is well, it is well with my soul," while sailing over the exact spot where his children drowned.

His peace did not come from a change in his harsh circumstances, but from his absolute trust in God and the finished work of Jesus Christ.

🕊True Peace: Saying "it is well" does not mean life is easy or pain-free; it means your soul is anchored in God's eternal love.
🕊And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

"Whatever my lot, God has taught me to say it is well with my soul."🎶
