Time passed by so quickly, on the eve of our annual competition. The reality hits you right in the face, you will not be there. Our first of firsts....

Days leading up to Saturday memories still lingers with ringing of scolding and yelling on the practice field and then the gentle reassurance that once the competition is over the stress will go aways as well.

No fixing of ties, checking who still has long nails and nail polish. Making sure everyone uniform is neat and tidy. There will be no scolding because your buttons aren't cleaned, brushed up and polished. Now it's up to us to stand tall and follow in your footsteps.

I can clearly hear your voice from the sideline "lig daai bene, daar gaan niks uitval nie"

With every year and every event you'd movitate and encourage us with 2 Tim 1:7 and Phil 4:13. We will hold on to those word and memories.

You were the backbone of that kept us together,that kept us in line. I know you looking down with pride. You'd definitely be proud of what Christopher accomplished in this past few weeks. Be assured you have taught us well and we will make you proud.
