The Dennis Gregory Harwood challenge: "GHHS Colour Run 2026"

Pr DG Harwood, a Good Hope Almunus, challenges everyone out there to sell more Good Hope High School Colour Run tickets than himself!

Dare to take on the beloved Pastor D!

Sign on the back of tickets sold by yourself and bring your buyers to the campus quad at 11:00 am for confirmation.

Come and see how the challenge ends... This Sunday, 1 March, on the Good Hope High Campus.

Daviot Wilschudt and his brother Dylin both attended Good Hope Primary and High Schools throughout their school lives, thus qualifying for the George Byers (SDA Christian Education throughout schooling) and the Donlevey Malgas Awards (for attending Good Hope High School from from Grade 7-12). We salute their parents for their commitment to SDA Christian Education.

The family hails from Eerste River and attends church where many fellow members who attended GHHS with them.

Daviot was known for his bass singing voice in the school choir and in a singing group made up of Eerste River boys.

He matriculated in 2014 and went on to complete a degree in Electrical Engineering at CPUT.

His pleasant disposition and gentle spirit will forever be remembered.

Our sincerest condolences to his family and the Eerste River church family. Now we keep our eyes on the eastern skies as we await, with blessed hope, our Lord's soon return.

Our Association President, Sylvester Vogel has been admitted to hospital and will be operated on tomorrow (Monday).

Please pray for the success of the operation and his soon recovery.🙏
