On Sunday, 06 September 2026, the Friendship Divine Service was officiated by our Rector Russel Lambert. Priest Christopher Siljeur was called to serve along.

For the basis hereof the Bible text was extracted from 1 John 5:8 NKJV
“And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one”.

After the closing prayer and Benediction the young people were singing athems at the organ while the congregation went up to greet.

On Wednesday 02 September 2026, the District Rector Bernard Scholtz came to serve our congregation and all the Rectors of the district was invited.

During the divine service the Priest Gavin Snell was reinstated in his priestly ministry and a brother was adopted into the faith🙏

𝘊𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴

On Sunday, 16 August 2026, our service was conducted by the visiting Priest Nathanael Minnaar from Schaapkraal and Priest Leon Snyders was called to serve alongside.

𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐱𝐭:
John 17:20–21 (excerpt) (NKJV):
"I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one."

𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞:
God grants us oneness,
and we do everything in our
power to preserve it.

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
■ Jesus not only prays to the Father for the disciples of that time, but also for all those who will come to believe through their word.
■ The objective of Jesus' prayer is the unity of all believers. This unity is founded upon Him and is meant to be an identifying feature of the one church of Christ.
■ Oneness is a gift of God and a mission for humankind.

Whilst the congregation was greeting the young people and ministers were singing anthems at the organ.

Friday, 31 July – Dare2Care Week - YP G2G

On Friday, 31 July, our young people gathered for a wonderful G2G (Get Together) evening filled with fun, laughter, and fellowship. They enjoyed playing games, sharing joyful moments, and ended the evening gathered around the fire, roasting marshmallows and strengthening friendships.

It was a beautiful time of connecting, encouraging one another, and building lasting memories in a warm and Christ-centred environment. We thank God for His presence and for the opportunity to see our young people growing together in faith and fellowship🙏

Dare2Care Week Begins!

On Sunday, 27 July, our Dare2Care Week began with a wonderful display of servant-hearted leadership as our young people took responsibility for teaching the Sunday School classes. They shared God's Word with enthusiasm, love, and dedication, setting the tone for a week focused on serving others and growing in faith.

We thank God for their willingness to be used by Him and pray that He will continue to strengthen and guide them as they make a difference in the lives of those around them.

On Saturday, 18 July 2026, the ministers, their wives, and members of the congregation workgroup enjoyed a wonderful time of fellowship at the Nelson's home.

It was a blessed opportunity to strengthen relationships, share in fellowship, and encourage one another.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time and hearts so generously. Your willingness to serve reflects the true spirit of Jesus. Together, we can create hope, inspire change, and build a stronger community.
