I remember seeing these ladies get together a few years ago it was during Covid but the unity and the perseverance was really special
Together they declared in the atmosphere that the gates and the watchman are in their posts
I believe the time has come where we will see this again as I was praying I heard the exact same sound of the flags and the winds of change
Together we will turn the enemy again at the gates
If God did it before He will do it again
In the Bible, the idea of a flag bearer is closely connected to a banner bearer, watchman, standard-bearer, or someone who carries a visible sign that rallies God’s people.
1. The Banner Represents God’s Presence
One of the most important verses is:
“Moses built an altar and called it The Lord is my Banner (Jehovah Nissi).”
— Exodus 17:15
A banner in biblical times was raised high so people could gather around it. Spiritually, God Himself is the banner that His people rally behind.
2. Flag Bearers Lead and Gather People
In ancient Israel, each tribe had its own standard or banner.
“The Israelites are to camp around the Tent of Meeting some distance from it, each man under his standard with the banners of his family.”
— Numbers 2:2
The banner identified who they belonged to and where they were going.
3. A Flag Bearer Carries Truth
A spiritual flag bearer is someone who:
* Stands for truth.
* Calls people back to God.
* Refuses compromise.
* Leads by example.
“You have raised a banner for those who fear You.”
— Psalm 60:4
4. Flag Bearers Are Watchmen
Like watchmen on the walls, they warn people of danger and announce what God is doing.
“Go through, go through the gates! Prepare the way for the people. Build up the highway! Remove the stones. Raise a banner for the nations.”
— Isaiah 62:10
5. Jesus Is the Ultimate Banner
The prophet Isaiah foretold:
“In that day the Root of Jesse will stand as a banner for the peoples.”
— Isaiah 11:10
Christ is the banner under which all nations are called to gather.
Characteristics of a Biblical Flag Bearer
* Courageous in difficult times.
* Faithful to God’s Word.
* Visible witness for Christ.
* Brings unity rather than division.
* Calls people to repentance and righteousness.
* Points people to Jesus, not themselves.
Short Message
A flag bearer in the Bible is someone who publicly carries God’s truth, gathers people under His banner, and stands as a visible witness that God’s Kingdom is advancing. The banner is not about personal glory—it is about lifting up the name of the Lord so others may follow Him.
“Lift up a banner for the peoples.” — Isaiah 62:10.
