VACANCY: Fabric Stock Controller

Hatrick Clothing is looking for a sharp, detail-driven Fabric Stock Controller to take full ownership of our fabric inventory. If spreadsheets, systems, and keeping things accurate are your thing, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Manage fabric stock levels from receipt to issue
Record and track fabric movement accurately on Monday.com
Reconcile physical stock with system records
Monitor fabric usage and flag shortages or discrepancies early
Coordinate with production, cutting, and purchasing teams
Ensure fabric is correctly labelled, stored, and issued
Assist with stock counts and reporting
Requirements
Proven experience as a fabric or stock controller in a clothing manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience using Monday.com for stock or workflow management
Strong attention to detail. Close enough is not good enough here
Solid organisational and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment
Good communication skills and a practical, problem-solving mindset
