Last night Dr. Ntetha concluded his second segment in our Renewed Mind in Christ series with a grounding and sound teaching on Spiritual Disciplines that cultivate a godly mind.

Scripture References
- 1 Timothy 4:7 – Train, discipline, or exercise yourself to be godly.
- Psalm 34:11 – Godliness must be taught; it does not happen automatically.

- A renewed mind is a godly mind.
- You cannot produce spiritual muscle without training or being taught God’s ways.
- Renewal requires discipline and intentional practice.

Spiritual Disciplines Highlighted
- Fasting – subduing the flesh to hear God clearly.
- Prayer – aligning the mind with God’s will.
- Reading the Word – feeding the mind with truth.
- Fellowship – strengthening and sharpening one another in Christ.
