Sunrise Church Cape Town Imagine a church that looks and feels different. We're a new faith community of friends in Noordhoek.

The Noordhoek Meet Up is pioneered by King of Kings Church in Sun Valley. A group of us have a strong desire and prompting to start a church in Noordhoek. We are aiming to start meeting on Sundays By February/March 2023. Our Meet up event in January will be a time to meet the community, and for everyone who comes to find out more about the church.

Join us for an afternoon of great food and community!

The chefs will be starting their pots early, but by 4pm we’d love to have the whole family come and enjoy a delicious potjie tasting—so pack your picnic and bring your appetite!

If we’re honest, waiting isn’t easy. Whether it’s waiting for a job, waiting for a relationship, or waiting for a breakthrough of some sort. But what I know is that God is in the waiting. He uses times of waiting to work on us, and to reveal his heart.

This Sunday we’ll be looking at ‘The Weight of the Wait’. About how David spent years waiting for God’s promise to be King, and how a season of waiting may be the exact place that God wants you to be🙏 Looking forward to our gathering!

It’s our BIG SHARE this Sunday and we can’t wait!

We’re ending our week of prayer and fasting with a bring and share brunch. It’s a family Sunday which means we’re going to have a lot of fun together!

A few things to remember…

• Please bring a plate of eats to share
• If you feel led to share about God’s Goodness within the past week, we’d love to hear your testimonies
• Our Heart & Soul event will take place after the service. This is for anyone wanting to find out more about our heart, as a church, and what matters most to us

Regarding our ‘clothes for Qonce’ drive, we unfortunately don’t have any more space to take extra clothes. We are deeply grateful for all that has been provided already!

We’ll see you on Sunday! 😃👋
