New Breed Aftercare Update | Monday & Tuesday
This week at New Breed Aftercare, learning continued in a fun, engaging, and focused way as our learners strengthened their literacy and numeracy skills in preparation for the upcoming exam season.
📝 Monday Highlights After completing their homework, learners participated in interactive word-building activities using letter puzzles.
🔹 Word-building challenges encouraged teamwork and healthy competition.
🔹 Alphabet games helped learners practise recalling letters from A to Z.
🔹 Word construction activities improved spelling, pronunciation, and confidence in language skills.
The children thoroughly enjoyed the activities, learning through play while developing important literacy skills.
📖 Tuesday Highlights With exams around the corner, the focus shifted to revision and exam preparation.
🔹 Maths and Language exercises were completed across all grades.
🔹 Learners practised spelling, pronunciation, and word recognition.
🔹 Older learners worked on reading analogue clocks and telling the time, receiving individual guidance and feedback to strengthen their understanding.
