The Youth of Bellville-Central & Greenlands is excited to be attending the OAC Highbury Youth Gospel Song Festival on Saturday, 1 August at the OAC Sarepta Church Hall.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of worship, praise, fellowship, and inspiring gospel music as youth from various congregations come together to glorify God through song.

🎉♟️ Dominoes, Laughter & Great Fellowship! ♟️🎉

What an incredible time we shared as the Youth of Bellville-Central & Greenlands (OAC) welcomed the Confirmation Classes of both congregations for an exciting Domino Tournament!

The room was filled with laughter, friendly competition, great conversations, and wonderful fellowship. It was inspiring to see such an amazing turnout, with everyone enjoying the opportunity to connect, build new friendships, and strengthen the bond between our youth and confirmation learners.

Of course... after all the excitement, strategy, and a few surprising upsets... 😄🏆 the Youth came out victorious! Congratulations to everyone who participated and made the tournament so enjoyable.

A heartfelt THANK YOU goes to our dedicated Sunday School Teachers and the Youth Executive for organising and making this memorable event possible. Your commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for our young people to grow together in fellowship is truly appreciated.

📖 Teaching Theme: Defenders of the Faith

"Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit yourselves like men, and be strong. Let all your things be done with charity." — 1 Corinthians 16:13–14 (KJV)

Dear Bellville-Greenlands Youth,

Welcome to a new month! As we enter July 2026, let us remember that every new month is another opportunity to grow closer to Christ and to stand firmly for His truth.

Our current teaching theme, "Defenders of the Faith," reminds us that God has not called us to blend into the world but to stand out as faithful witnesses of Jesus Christ. Being a defender of the faith does not mean arguing with everyone—it means living a life that reflects Christ, knowing His Word, and remaining faithful even when it is difficult.

The world is constantly changing, but God's Word never changes. As young believers, you are called to be courageous, compassionate, and committed to the Gospel. Stand for truth with humility, answer with love, and let your conduct point others to Christ.

This month, challenge yourself to:
📖 Read your Bible every day.
🙏 Spend time in prayer.
❤️ Show the love of Christ in your words and actions.
🛡️ Stand firm in your faith, even when you stand alone.

Remember, the strongest defenders of the faith are those who first allow God to transform their own hearts.

May the Lord strengthen you, give you wisdom, and fill you with boldness as you continue to serve Him faithfully.
