Eternity is a word that stirs something deep in us. For many people, it can feel confusing or even uncomfortable - the idea that there’s more to life than what we can see. It seems like every culture throughout history has sensed this, and our hearts can’t help but be bothered by it.

At CCNC, we believe God has put that longing in us. The Bible says it’s part of His design: He wants to know us, and He wants us to know Him.

We know that a lot of people are put off by church, or have been scared of it, or have had bad experiences with Christianity. That’s why our Eternity series is a safe, welcoming space to ask questions and wrestle with life’s biggest truths.

No knowledge is needed, and questions are welcome. It’s a great space for anyone who’s curious and wants to explore some of the questions that are deep in all of us.

This term in Kids Church, we’re diving into the Psalms and seeing how they point us to Jesus - who he is, what he’s done for us, and why we can trust him. We’re learning that no matter what life throws at us, if we have God, we have everything we need.

Tuesday Night Hangout starts tonight! It's a relaxed space where we open the doors for anyone keen to connect, share a meal, and feel at home. Whether you’re new to church, looking for a church, or just trying to find your place, TNH is all about real people, real food, and honest conversations. You’ll hear a short 15-minute talk about Jesus and why He’s central to everything we do, with time to chat, ask questions, and explore faith together. GuyBraai is an opportunity for the men of CCNC, and their close mates, to gather around the fire and do life together together as Christian men. The aim is not only to say howsit, shoot the breeze and click the tongs; but also to connect deeper. Through meaningful conversations we get to sharpen each other's lives with shared experiences, insights and wisdom. We aim to have a central discussion point each term that is related to aspects that men of Christ may grapple with in life - be it fatherhood, leading a Christian household, or how to be a Christian in the workplace.

Get ready for a fun-filled evening at this year’s Zeal Retreat Fundraiser on Friday, 15th May. Not only will you have a blast, but you’ll also be helping raise funds for the Zeal Retreat! The rumour going round is that there is a prize on the line too. Here’s everything you need to know:

Date: Friday, 15 May
Time: Arrive from 5:30pm (picnic) for a 6:30pm start
Where: CCNC – Quiz in the main hall, movie outside for kids
Cost: R50 per adult and per child (All proceeds go towards the Zeal Retreat)
Bonus: Jellybean raffle at R20 per ticket
