Isaiah 58 makes it clear that God's people are called to champion those who are hungry and oppressed.

"Farming God’s Way is a free gift given to the wider body of Christ and is a non denominational, non organisational, relational network of people, who share a deep heartfelt consideration for the poor." Furthermore, Jesus confirms (in Matthew 25 for example) that as we serve those in need, so we serve him. As we considered the many ways God has blessed us at All Souls and the resources that he has

placed at our disposal, we began to realise that Farming God's Way provides a perfect opportunity for us to to play an essential part in God's mission. Not only are we growing food to supplement the diets of the poor, but we are modelling a way of food production that is both easy to replicate and environmentally sensitive. We hope in time to feed and empower people in a sustainable way AND in the process to share the Good News of Jesus Christ - who is the very Bread of Life!
