I Was Just Thinking Ministries

I Was Just Thinking Ministries I Was Just Thinking Ministries also has a strong sense of calling especially to those of Caribbean descent around the globe.

I Was Just Thinking Ministries is a Bible-based Messianic Jewish ministry dedicated to equipping believers in Yeshua (Jesus) with tools to know, articulate, and defend the Word of Yahweh (GOD). MANTLE

I Was Just Thinking Ministries is picking up the mantle given to Jeremiah, in chapters 1:4-10, to boldly go wherever the Lord sends us and to speak whatever the Lord commands. MISSION

We are called

to help believers know what the Word of God actually says, and to equip them to articulate and defend the Word of God in everyday thoughts and about everyday things. VISION

In Ephesians 6, we are compelled to put on the whole Armour of God. The Lord provided as part of the amour, the Sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. The Sword of the Spirit, or the Word of God, is the only offensive weapon we have. I Was Just Thinking Ministries is called to equip believers on how to effectively use the Sword of the Spirit to “destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ..” (2 Corinthians 10:5)

Shabbat Shalom, precious family. ✨

As the sun sets and Shabbat begins, may your heart be quieted, your home be filled with peace, and your soul be refreshed in the presence of Adonai.

Shabbat is a holy invitation to pause from the noise, step away from striving, and remember that God is our Provider, our Sustainer, and our Peace. It is a sacred time to worship, reflect, give thanks, and delight in the beauty of His presence.

In Yeshua, we are reminded that true rest is not found in the world, but in the Lord. Tonight, may your table be filled with joy, your prayers be filled with gratitude, and your household be covered in His shalom.

From our family at I Was Just Thinking Ministries, we pray you have a peaceful, joyful, and Spirit-filled Shabbat.

Shabbat Shalom. 🕊️🌿

Shabbat Shalom, precious family.

As the sun sets and Shabbat begins, we pause to welcome the peace, rest, and presence of Adonai. Shabbat is more than a tradition, it is a holy gift from God, a sacred appointment that reminds us to cease from striving, draw near to Him, and delight in His goodness.

In a world filled with noise, pressure, and endless demands, Shabbat invites us to slow down, worship, reflect, and remember that our lives are sustained not by constant labour, but by the faithfulness of the Lord. From the lighting of the candles to the blessings over the bread and cup, Shabbat points us back to God’s order, His provision, and His covenant love.

For those of us who follow Yeshua, Shabbat also deepens our understanding of the beauty of Scripture, the rhythm of Biblical living, and the joy of resting in the Messiah. He is Lord of the Shabbat, and in Him we find true peace, renewal, and hope.

May your home be filled with joy.
May your heart be filled with peace.
May your table be filled with gratitude.
May your Shabbat be filled with the presence of Adonai.

Shabbat Shalom.

Shabbat Shalom ✨
From sundown to sundown, we enter the sacred rhythm established by Adonai, one of rest, remembrance, and renewal.

Shabbat is not merely a pause from work; it is an invitation to draw near, to realign our hearts, and to delight in His presence. “Remember the Shabbat day, to keep it holy.” — Exodus 20:8

In a world that constantly demands more, Shabbat calls us back to what matters most: intimacy with God, restoration of the soul, and peace that cannot be manufactured.

May your home be filled with His presence.
May your heart be anchored in His truth.
May your rest be deeply restorative.

שבת שלום — Shabbat Shalom

Most Christians have never been told the truth about Passover and Easter.

And once you see it… You can’t unsee it.
Are Passover and Easter really the same?
Did the early believers celebrate Easter—or something else entirely?
And why does the Bible say Passover… but many of us were taught Easter?

This is not about tradition vs. preference. This is about Scripture vs. history, and what Yeshua (Jesus) actually did.

In this article, we break it down clearly and powerfully:
✔ The Biblical origin of Passover (Pesach)
✔ Why Easter developed later in Church history
✔ The real reason the dates don’t match
✔ What the early believers actually practiced
✔ Why Acts 12:4 should NEVER say “Easter”

If you’ve ever asked: “Am I following the Bible… or just tradition?” You need to read this.

⚠️ Warning: This will challenge what you’ve been taught—but it will also deepen your faith and understanding of God’s redemptive plan.

After you read it, I want you to do ONE thing:
Comment: “Passover” if you believe we need to return to God’s appointed times.

Let’s start the conversation. 👇

“What if the Feasts were never abolished?”

“Jesus celebrated them. The Apostles taught them. Why don’t we?”

“This may change how you read your Bible.”

Jesus didn’t start a new religion.
He fulfilled God’s appointed times.
What if the Biblical Feasts are not Jewish tradition—
but God’s prophetic calendar for all believers?
