Heartfelt congratulations to St. George's Episcopal Church, York Harbor, Maine on their 75th anniversary! What a blessing the people of St George’s are to this community for the countless ways they show up in faith, inside and especially outside their church walls. Here’s to the next 75! ❤️
Come celebrate St. George's 75 years! On May 16, 1951, St. George's formally became a church. Across all the years since, we have so much to be grateful for.
On Saturday, May 16, the whole York community is welcome to a reception and the opening of a gallery telling our Parish story in art and objects. The party begins at 4pm and will continue until 7pm.
On Sunday, May 17, Thomas Brown, Bishop of The Episcopal Diocese of Maine, will be with us to worship and celebrate at our 10am service. We'll dedicate a maple tree, planted in the churchyard as a sign of our hope and commitment looking toward the future.
