When we walk through circumstances we didn’t see coming, so many questions run through our mind...

“Why would God would allow this? What could He possibly be doing? How can any good come from this?”

Oh sweet friend, we understand. Sometimes life can feel so very confusing. But God promises us in His Word that even when we don’t understand, we can trust in His plan.

Psalm 138:8 says,”The LORD will work out his plans for my life— for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever…”

God has a plan for us. He is faithful to us and He loves us with an enduring love. This means that His love for us is stronger than even the most difficult circumstance or the most painful season. Even if we don’t understand His plan, we can step forward in confidence trusting that it’s good because He loves us.

God is in His heaven, all is well. He reigns sovereign over all and He will not be thwarted in His purposes. Our responsibility as His people is to get on our knees and seek His face and His will.

We had a great turnout for Week 1 of our Genesis study, even in the nasty weather! Judi, Brianna, and I are looking forward to next week’s discussion with all of you. We’re even excited to do homework - how weird is that? We still have room if you’d like to join us...see you on Monday, April 23rd, at 7PM!

Last weekend, 7 ladies from The Church at Spruce Creek experienced extreme blessings from God through RESTORED, the Women's Retreat at Camp Berea in Hebron, NH...beautiful weather, gorgeous scenery, fun activities, delicious food, an inspiring speaker, Spirit-filled worship, and good fellowship with friends. These words don't even scratch the surface. Thank you, Lord!
