Our team has landed in Pittsburgh after a very long travel day. Due to storms in the area, the airport's baggage claim carousels are currently not working (power outage issues). Hopefully, this will be resolved soon & they will be on their way back home to Kiski.

Friends, our team is now returning from their time in Rwanda. I chatted with Mark, who told me they are at the airport to board their first flight to Nairobi. They will fly through JFK & then onto Pittsburgh. If all goes well, they should be back in Pittsburgh by 11:45am tomorrow (Thursday). Please pray for safe travels!

Our final visit for Tuesday, June 10 was with Mpushi Birembo chapel, partner Sigel/Mt Tabor church. We were there with special permission of the local government, since gathering there is not permitted. The building is closed due to newly imposed building requirements. But what a warm welcome!!!

Our second church visit on Tuesday, June 9 was Gitwe Parish, Partner Clarion. What excitement and joy! Wonderful!!

Today, Monday, June 8, we spent time at Bethany Resort, a Presbyterian Church in Rwanda owned resort on Lake Kivu in Western Rwanda. Everytime we go, we are reminded again about the magnificent beauty in Rwanda. Oh! And the pastors' jokes (and laughter) along the way.........
