It’s a wrap on the 227th General Assembly! It was a long two weeks of committee work & in person plenaries, but if you ask us, it was so worth it. We look forward to sharing more with you all in the coming weeks & months. But, for now - we rest! Thank you for keeping us in prayer & trusting us with serving the church in this way.

The 227th General Assembly has commenced with online committee work. Please be in prayer as these committees do important work of discernment on the many items of business before them. Also, be in prayer for Dave Koehler & Carrie Martin, our commissioners, as they do their work!

Our team has landed in Pittsburgh after a very long travel day. Due to storms in the area, the airport's baggage claim carousels are currently not working (power outage issues). Hopefully, this will be resolved soon & they will be on their way back home to Kiski.

Friends, our team is now returning from their time in Rwanda. I chatted with Mark, who told me they are at the airport to board their first flight to Nairobi. They will fly through JFK & then onto Pittsburgh. If all goes well, they should be back in Pittsburgh by 11:45am tomorrow (Thursday). Please pray for safe travels!
