Our breakout session for women at this year's Family Conference will be led by LeAnn Lindteigen from Crystal Springs Baptist Camp. LeAnn has been a consistent encouragement to the women who attend the annual CSBC women's retreat and we're looking forward to her session: "Biblical Womanhood: What does the Bible actually say?"

Just like in the garden, Satan has once again twisted the Word of God and there is great confusion and debate over the value, dignity, and noble calling God gave to women. Join us as we allow God’s word to teach and correct us as we mine for these precious truths.

What does defending your faith have to do with imagination? It's simple: people are not merely rational creatures. We are "imaginative lovers/worshippers". In other words, people are not really looking for reasons to believe - they're seeking to know what story they are in. In our first talk at the Family Conference Jon Hawkins will present to us on the role of the imagination in not only defending the faith but in being a disciple of Jesus.

Join us on May 2nd for our annual C.S. Lewis Family Conference. Our focus this year is on the theme of apologetics. We have sessions on the power of story and imagination in apologetics, a session with Luke Perkins which will include some content about his experiences evangelizing on the SDSU campus...
