Many, many Christians with whom I visit have concluded that the Christian faith is a “try harder” experience. And frankly, they are exhausted spiritually trying to measure up. In a few weeks, I will tackle some heavy life-change verses in 1 Thess. 4. We are going to try and better prepare for these messages through two preliminary messages that focus on “Trying Different rather than Trying Harder.” I am praying this will be life-changing for you.
