Our kindergarten through fourth grade students spend the day learning outside of the classroom yesterday (even though they just thought it was for fun). They went on their field trip to Sioux Falls and spent time at the Washington Pavilion and the Cathedral of Saint Joseph.

Ayer, nuestros estudiantes desde jardín de infancia hasta cuarto grado pasaron el día aprendiendo fuera del aula (aunque ellos solo pensaban que era por diversión). Realizaron su excursión a Sioux Falls y pasaron tiempo en el Washington Pavilion y en la Catedral de San José.

With teacher appreciation week wrapping up, a huge thank you to Subway, Perkins, and HyVee for donating lunch for the teachers today. Also thank you to the parents that delivered the awesome lunches! Our teachers felt very appreciated.

Congratulations to Charlotte Pavelko the top seller during out Catholic United Financial Raffle this spring. David, a representative from Catholic United Financial, presented Charlotte with a Build-a-Bear gift certificate and a $200 scholarship towards tuition for next year.

Charlotte is a first grader and sold $3,000 worth of tickets (300 tickets). St. Mary's School sold a total of $15,580 during the raffle. 100% of the money raised from ticket sales by St. Mary's students stayed at our school. Thank you for all of your support.
