🎶 Yukon Stake Summer At The Park & Special Broadcast! 🎶
Mark your calendars! We have an incredible evening planned for our entire stake family, and you won’t want to miss it. We are gathering for a night of food, fellowship, and a very special musical event.

📅 When: Friday, June 26th, 2026 | 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
📍 Where: Chisholm Trail Park (500 W Vandament Ave, Yukon, OK 73099)
🪑 What to bring: A lawn chair or picnic blanket!

🍔 6:30 PM – Stake BBQ & Cook-Off
We are kicking the night off with a stake BBQ!

Want to enter the BBQ Cook-Off or bring a dish, dessert, or drink? Contact a member of the Stake Activities Committee to sign up!

🌟 7:00 PM – Exclusive "Songs of Hope" Broadcast
At 7:00 PM, we will begin a special broadcast of The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, presenting their "Songs of Hope" concert benefiting women and children worldwide, live from the Hollywood Bowl in LA!

🚨 Important Note: The Church has obtained special permission for this nationwide broadcast to happen on the 26th. It will NOT be recorded, published on the Church website, or streamed on YouTube later. This park event is your only chance to experience it!

During the evening, we will also have plenty of activities for the whole family:

Lawn games for everyone to enjoy 🪵

An opportunity to help gather service items for the night 🤝

🙋‍♂️ How You Can Help (Volunteers & Lawn Games Needed!)
We need your help to make this night a success!

Youth & Adult Volunteers: We are looking for Young Women, Young Men, and other volunteers to help with face painting 🎨, the Snow Cone table 🍧, or ticketing and parking assistance 🚙. 💬 Please comment below if you or your youth are interested in helping out!

Lawn Games: We are also looking for lawn games to feature during the activity! If you have co****le, 9-square, or any other fun lawn games you are willing to bring and share, please contact Jane Caldwell (Piedmont 1st Ward).

We will be continuing with our weekly bible study starting this Tuesday! 🙂

Everyone is welcome, regardless of background or belief. No prior knowledge required, just bring your scriptures and join us every Tuesday evening at 7pm as we study the Old Testament.

On behalf of the Stake Communications Council, thank you so much for an incredible day of service. We set out to find 100 volunteers, and 114 of you showed up to make a difference!
