A recent report from the Chicago Tribune highlights a pressing issue in our culture today: “Despite being more digitally connected than ever, many people are struggling to forge the kind of deep, meaningful relationships that give life purpose. We have thousands of online ‘friends’ but fewer real confidants.”
Despite unprecedented digital connectivity today, humans still have a genuine need and desire for authentic relationships. These relationships serve as the foundation for shared experiences and enjoyment. Relationships are the conduit by which life is shared. This is God's plan.
Are you investing time and effort into cultivating significant relationships beyond social media? Will you use Easter as an opportunity, not just to attend a service, but to deepen your relationship with Jesus Christ and engage with a church community?
