October is Ministry Staff Appreciation Month, and it gives us a special opportunity to let our ministry staff know just how much they are valued and appreciated. We are truly blessed by the faithful service, care, and commitment they give to our church family:
Kirby Lloyd – Senior Minister
Noah Johnstone – Youth Minister
Donna Andrew – Children’s Director
Kenny Baldwin – Music Minister
Leslie Lloyd – Office Administrator
Each serves in a unique and important way, and together they invest countless hours in the life and ministry of Real Life Christian Church. Much of what they do happens quietly and behind the scenes, but their dedication makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our members and in the ministry we share.
Throughout October, gift bags for each staff member will be available at both Welcome Desks. If you would like to express your appreciation, you are invited to leave a card, handwritten thank-you note, gift card, or another appropriate gift of appreciation in their bag. A simple word of encouragement can mean more than we sometimes realize.
Let’s use this month to surround Kirby, Noah, Donna, Kenny, and Leslie with gratitude and encouragement and remind them how thankful we are for all they do in serving Christ and our church family.
