We had another great night down in the South County Jail. 15 men in attendance. Hymns, special music and preaching. Everyone was in gauged. Many new faces.

Last night we were down in the South County Jail. Half of our building was on lockdown. So we had 5 men. Bro. Shane led the music and brought a special. I preached the gospel to those men. The word fell on ground. I know every week some of this men place their faith in The Gospel.
1Co 2:1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
1Co 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
1Co 2:3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
1Co 2:4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
1Co 2:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

We had such a wonderful Sunday in Titusville! We had the opportunity to teach Sunday School, preach, and share about the prison ministry. It was a great time of worship and fellowship!

After church, some dear friends treated us to lunch, and we enjoyed getting to spend time together. We always look forward to visiting with them! So thankful for the friendships God has blessed us with and the opportunities He gives us to serve Him!

Saturday morning, we drove up to Madison, FL. We had some heavy traffic and rain along the way, but thankfully, it had stopped by the time we got there. Brother Ledford and his sweet wife were so kind to take us out to dinner. The rain held off until we got back to their house, and then we had mostly a soft rain with just a little rumbling of thunder throughout the evening.

As a Floridian, it felt a little strange to leave Central Florida, where there was no hurricane, and drive right up into the area where the hurricane was! But the Lord was good to us, and we were just fine!

On Sunday, I had the privilege of preaching both the morning and afternoon services at Landmark Baptist Church for their annual Homecoming service. And let me tell you, we had some of the best dinner on the grounds food ever! We had such a wonderful time of worship, fellowship, and good food. What a blessing it was to be there!

Sunday morning I provided pulpit supply for Oak Ridge MBC in Dade City. I got to share my ministry and bring the morning message.

Today I was in the South County Jail. There was only one CO so they would not bring anyone to building 7 but I got to set in with another class. There were 10 men. 3 men got saved. I’m thankful that is was not a dry run.

Monday, we had another great night down at the South County Jail! 25 men were in attendance, and they even requested another song for the service. ❤️

Every week, it seems like the excitement grows. So many times I feel like this is the same post every week, but I wish I had video or pictures to show you. I wish somehow you could see what we witness every single week.

God is so good and so faithful, and His Word never comes back void. 🙌

Please continue to pray for Building Six. They still have no access to preaching. ❤️🙏

Last night started off pretty slow. I had to ask the CO’s twice if we could have a service, but they eventually brought out 25 men.

Bro. Shane led the singing and also sang a special. I was able to teach and preach for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The atmosphere was exciting, and the men were really engaged.

On his way out, one man stopped me and said, “Because of your message, I KNOW I’m saved.”

Amen!!! 🙌

We had a great service last night in the The South County Jail. There were 26 in attendance. The Lord has provided a Christian CO and he always tries to fill our room with men. Bro. Shane lead the music and brought a special. We are teaching sound doctrine and preaching The Gospel! There seams to be a positive reception and interest in the new program. We are so thankful for all that the Lord is doing!

This was our weekend to see Elijah. He is doing very good. He is back in a faith based dorm but The Hebrew Israelites are doing the teaching which is very bad doctrine. Elijah continues to win when they play Bible trivia lol. I know that God has placed him in there to teach the class, we are just waiting on him to realize it. We were able to encourage him in the Lord! We are praying he gets transferred to Avon Park. We have heard from many sources that this is a good camp and it would be a hour drive compared to four hours we are driving now. Thank you for your prayers and support!

All ministries see setbacks and failures. Three years ago when I started this ministry, I picked a man up from prison. We helped him get situated, found him a job, and got him started in our Bible study, Smooth Stones. He made a profession of faith, and I baptized him.
But the weight of a bad upbringing, addiction, and prison was heavy. He relapsed a few times. We tried to help, but eventually he landed back in prison. I had to cut ties because of some things that were done.
Friday I found out he took his own life in prison.
Although I’m well aware of all his crimes and the choices he made, I can’t help but feel like things could have been different if he had just been raised right. Not to pass judgment on his family or overlook the things he did, but the way someone is raised has such an effect on their life.
I minister to people all the time, and you can see how a bad home life has robbed so many of them of even having a fair chance.
I’m so thankful for my parents. By the grace of God, it could have been any one of us.
I’m certain this troubled brother is not suffering anymore.
