Parents of our students, I have created an FBC Parents group on Remind to help us stay connected with what is happening in our student ministry.

I’ll use this group for occasional announcements and important reminders. I’ll also post a new Around the Table guide each week following 180.

Around the Table is a brief resource designed to help you reinforce that evening’s lesson at home. Each guide includes Scripture to read together, two discussion questions, a prayer focus, and one point of application for the week.

It should take no more than five minutes and is intended to create a simple conversation after supper—hence the name Around the Table.

I hope this helps connect what our students are learning at 180 with meaningful conversations at home. If you are the parent or guardian of one of our students, please join us!

Don’t forget to kick off the upcoming school year with us tomorrow (Aug. 1st) at our Back to School Splash!! This event is our first event for incoming 7th graders so don’t miss out and bring a friend!!

We had a blast bowling last night with a great group of students! Looking forward to returning to our regular 180’s once school starts and getting into the Word together!!
