There's a little church I love so well,
That sets upon a hill.
Each time I see the folks inside
I get the greatest thrill!

They sing the choir songs, oh so pretty,
And play the piano and bells!
Each time 1 hear them pray and sing,
My heart with great joy fills!

Then Pastor Charlie proclaims God's Word.
Each word he speaks firmly lands!
And then we know we're home for now
Until we join that angel band!

T'was always such the greatest joy,
Shaking hands with everyone, And many times they forego hand shakes
To hug and smile, in Christian fun!

My failing health precludes me now,
From the fellowship I love.
For each time I surveyed all the folks,
I felt the presence of God above!

I know that they still pray for me
For I feel the presence of God,
And I surely know how real they are,
When I feel the Father's nod!

One day I plan to reunite
With every precious soul!
Some glorious golden daybreak
When at last we're all made whole!
