Wednesday night our youth learned about Exodus 5. In this chapter Moses and Aaron have returned to an Egypt to demand that Pharoh let God’s people go. Pharoh retaliates by forcing the Israelites to make bricks with no straw. “Ye shall no more give the people straw to make brick, as heretofore: let them go and gather straw for themselves.”

The youth leaders challenged our kids to gather straw (grass) and make bricks by hand!

Wednesday night the kids learned about Exodus 3:13-14 I AM THAT I AM. Then they worked together and thought their way through clues in a scavenger hunt to find all seven I AM statements in John!
