Just a reminder that THIS SUNDAY EVENING we’ll be hosting a special Labor Day Celebration here at the church!

It’s going to be a fun-filled evening for the whole family! We’ll have hot dogs, chips, desserts, music, games, and FIREWORKS!

So make plans to join us and invite your friends and family to come celebrate with us. We’re looking forward to a great night of fellowship, fun, and making some memories together!

Just because you can’t trace God, doesn’t mean you can’t trust Him.

And just because you can’t feel Him doesn’t mean He has forsaken you or forgotten you.

Psalm 34:18 says, “The LORD is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit.”

So today…
We can REJOICE because THE LORD IS NEAR!
We can REST because THE LORD IS NEAR!
We can TRUST because THE LORD IS NEAR!

Don’t let what you can’t trace make you doubt what you already know—GOD IS NEAR!

“I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God…” — Psalm 84:10

The doorkeeper was so much more than someone who simply opened and closed doors. They were someone who helped others experience the presence of God.

And because we have encountered Jesus, we should want to open the door so that others can encounter Him too.

Every time you serve…
Every time you give your testimony…
Every time you give your time, your treasures, or your talents…

YOU ARE OPENING A DOOR. 🚪

A door that brings healing to the broken, hope to the hopeless, salvation to the lost, and deliverance to those who are bound.

Never underestimate what God can do through your willingness to simply serve.

You may think you’re just holding a door, singing a song, teaching a class, serving a meal, giving an offering, or encouraging someone…

But God may be using your obedience to open a door for someone to encounter Jesus.

I’d rather be a doorkeeper!!!

This morning's message, "Planted and Prospering," reminded us that a life rooted in God and His Word is a life that can withstand every season.

One powerful takeaway from today's message:
"Emotional excitement may last for a service... but deep roots will carry you through a lifetime."

May we be like the tree planted by streams of water—deeply rooted in Christ, continually nourished by His Word, and faithfully bearing fruit in every season.

Psalm 1:1–3 (NKJV) Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper.
