Through YFC and connections with the local Alexandria church, they are both finding community, growing in their faith, and learning what it means to follow Jesus.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another-and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” -Hebrews 10:24–25

This is Cora Perez' Discipleship Story! We are amazed at the Lord in how His plans are bigger than what we could ask or imagine! We are grateful she gets to serve the Middle and High School Campus life students! She supports teenagers so well and gets to share the YFC office building with her mentor Kay!

She has a huge heart for what she does, it shows by the precision and excellence she puts into every detail of the ministry. She is super passionate about discipleship because she knows her own trajectory, view of God, and confidence in Him have changed through mentors who have come alongside her.
