This Week's Sermon: "The Privilege of Prayer"

This message reminds us why prayer matters, why it is right to come before God, and why, through Jesus, we can come boldly to Him. Ordinary people are invited to come before an extraordinary God who hears, cares, and responds.

We hope this sermon blesses and encourages you today.

🙏 Community School Prayer Initiative Update

The school year is over, but prayer does not stop.

As we move into the summer holiday, our Community School Prayer Initiative will continue meeting every Monday morning. During the summer, we will meet at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM until the new school year begins again in August.

📍 Twin Valley Alliance Church
9781 State Route 209
Williamstown, PA

🗓 Every Monday Morning
⏰ Summer Time: 8:00 AM
School-year time will return to 7:00 AM when school starts back up in August.

As the school year comes to a close, we want to keep lifting up our students, teachers, school staff, families, and community in prayer. Every prayer matters, and every voice lifted before the Lord can make a difference.

“The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
— James 5:16

This gathering is open to the entire community. You are welcome to join us in person, or stand with us in prayer from wherever you are.

Let’s continue standing together in faith, lifting up the next generation, and praying for God to move in our schools, our families, and our community.

🔒 Safe & Responsible Environment
All volunteers serving on-site have completed Pennsylvania State Police Background Checks and Child Abuse History Clearances through ChildLine to help ensure a safe setting for everyone involved.

Due to the power outage from today's storm that is currently affecting the church, there will be no Adult Sunday School, Kids Sunday School programs, Van Ministry pickup, or Evening Service tomorrow.

We will still have our Morning Worship Service at Twin Valley Alliance Church.

For those who are unable to attend in person, if the power is still out in the morning, we will stream a past sermon from our sermon archive at 10:00 AM.

At this point, Youth Group is still scheduled as planned. We will share any updates if that changes.

Thank you for your understanding, and please continue to pray for everyone impacted by the storm

This Week's Sermon: "Friend of God: A Promise Stronger Than Doubt"

This week, we continue the series by looking at how God cares about the burdens we carry and steps into our situation with words of reassurance and promise. Genesis 18 reminds us that when we struggle with doubt, God does not move away from us — He moves toward us.

Join us as we continue this study through the life of Abraham and discover again that God’s promises are stronger than our doubts.
