Trinity Episcopal Church

Trinity Episcopal Church We have two Holy Communion services each Sunday at 8 & 10 am and Sunday School/Godly Play at 9:15 am Worship of Jesus Christ is the core of our life together.

We have two Holy Communion services each Sunday at 8:00 and 10:00 AM. We welcome worshipers of any faith to our services. We are gathered around the Holy Communion, which sustains us in our daily lives. All baptized persons who are led by the Holy Spirit to join us in receiving Holy Communion are encouraged to do so. Our worship is liturgical; that is, follows a set yearly pattern of worship using

three books: The Holy Bible, The Book of Common Prayer and The Hymnal. Our Choir provides leadership at the 10:00 worship service. Educational opportunities are provided for all ages at Trinity. Children's classes (age 3-grade 5) and Youth Group (grades 6-12) are held beginning at 9 AM each Sunday from September through June. Adult Forum is offered at 9 AM each Sunday as well as several Bible Study groups during the week. During the service children are invited forward for the Children’s Homily, a story or lesson relevant for our youngsters. The Nursery, on the lower level, is available for parents to take their young children. The service can be heard through the sound system. We are called to daily ministry in service to Christ. We consider our ministry to involve every moment of our lives, through our interactions at home, work or school, and in the world. Trinity exists to equip us for that daily ministry. Trinity's building is used for a variety of community functions including karate, fencing and John Bower basketball. We actively support Episcopal Relief & Development (ERD), United Thank Offering (UTO), United Churches Food Pantry, CROP Walk, Souper Bowl, Shepherd of the Streets, Family Promise, and other ministries. We are devoted to personal visitation and caring ministry. In addition to visits by the Rector, Eucharistic Visitors take home communion to those who request it once a month. The Trinity Prayer Chain gives support through intercessory prayer. We continually encourage and support one another in our daily life ministries.
