"Suddenly there came from the sky a noise like a strong driving wind, and it filled the entire house in which they were. Then there appeared to them tongues as of fire, which parted and came to rest on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit..." ~Acts 2:2-4

On May 23, 2026, the Holy Spirit poured into and sealed these young men and women, chosen by God to serve as His witnesses by the example of their lives. Thank you, Confirmands, for answering God's call and receiving the Holy Spirit! May you cooperate with Him in your mission to "go and make disciples of all nations" as the Holy Spirit enables you to bring the presence of Jesus Christ into the world. Thank you, Father Bechtel and Confirmation Mentors, for forming these Confirmands. Most importantly, thank you, parents, families, and sponsors for encouraging them in their relationship with Our Lord!

“Jesus said to them, “Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day. For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.” ~ John 6:53-55

Prayers of thanksgiving for these little ones who ate the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ for their very first time on May 17, 2026! Thank you to Father Bechtel and their Catechists. Above all, thank you to their parents and families for bringing them into relationship with Our Lord! May the Holy Spirit guide these children of God into an ever-deepening discipleship with Jesus and a holy life!
