Today, we celebrate the grandparents who fill our families with love, wisdom, faith, and treasured memories. From bedtime stories and family traditions to prayers whispered together, grandparents have a beautiful way of passing their faith from one generation to the next.

Today we give thanks for the gift of grandparents—past and present. May God bless them abundantly for all the love they have shared and continue to share with their families.

Remembering Patriot Day

Today, we pause in prayerful remembrance of all those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, and we hold their families and loved ones close in our prayers. 🙏

We pray for God’s peace, comfort, and healing for those who continue to carry the pain of that day.

We also give thanks for the first responders, firefighters, police officers, medical personnel, and countless others whose courage and selflessness touched a nation.

May we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the compassion and unity that emerged in the midst of tragedy.

🕊️ May we always remember. May we always pray.

Bless our teachers and school staff, too. Fill them with Your love, wisdom, and care as they guide and support our young people. May Your light be known, encountered, and shared through all they do.

May this school year be filled with learning, growth, friendship, and faith.

Vindication is connected to the virtue of justice, which calls us to seek fairness and what is right in our relationships with others. ⚖️

Sometimes, doing what is right may not make us popular. We may be misunderstood, criticized, or even judged unfairly. But when we place our trust in God and faithfully seek His will, we can rest in the truth—even when others don’t see it.

A little reminder for today:
You don’t need everyone’s approval when you have God’s truth to guide you.

Trust God. Seek what is right. Let Him be your vindication.

Today, the Church joyfully celebrates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary!

Mary’s birth reminds us of God’s loving plan of salvation and the hope He brings into the world. Her life is a beautiful example of faith, humility, and complete trust in God.

As we celebrate Mary today, may we ask for her intercession and strive to follow her example by saying “yes” to God in our own lives.
