It’s that time of year for bone broth preparation to start. This is the base for our liver dumpling soup. Activities include: pressure cooking the beef, bones, vegetables and seasoning, separating the meat and vegetables from the bones and fat, washing dishes, cooling and defatting the broth, and freezing the broth until Czech days. There are 96 days until Czech Days.
