New Hope Christian Church is a service-oriented community where everyone is welcome. We reach out to all to promote the Good News. We are starting new outreach projects. We are giving much needed items to the VA for homeless vets plus we are giving items to Humankind Ministries for the homeless. Our Homeless sleeping mats day meets on the 4th Saturdays from 1:30 pm-4:00 pm in The Gathering Place (

formerly known as the Food Pantry building). The mats are made of recycled plastic bags. Our church is offering a craft day the first Saturday of each month in The Gathering Place from 1:00-3:30 pm. Supplies are provided. Everyone is encouraged to come and participate. The Quilts of the Heart program meets the second Tuesday of each month from 10:-- am-4:00 pm. We are learning to quilt and making a quilt for every veteran in our church community. Sunday School meets at 9:30 am. Our worship service is meeting at 10:30 am. All God's children are welcome. Come and see what New Hope Christian Church, located at 1400 S. George Washington Drive, has to offer.
