Being connected to God is a way better goal than just making sure we don't get in trouble with God. Listening to God through his word is a way to know what He is like, what He cares about, who He is and how we can participate with Him in creating the kind of world He envisions for us.

Create a board similar to this as you spend time with God in Psalm 19.
