What an AMAZING Sunday at Legacy Church! ❤️🙌

Yesterday, we had the incredible privilege of honoring our Pastor and First Lady, Pastor John & Sherrie Gardner, for Pastor Appreciation Day!

We are so thankful for their faithful leadership, unwavering love, countless sacrifices, and the way they continually pour into our church family. Legacy Church is blessed beyond measure to have them leading, loving, and serving with such genuine hearts! ❤️

It was an extra special Sunday as we welcomed Pastor Ernest & Stephanie back home! Pastor John & Sherrie had the privilege of marrying, mentoring, and training this couple, and what a beautiful full-circle moment it was to have Pastor Ernest return to preach our Pastor Appreciation message! What a testimony of the lasting impact of faithful leadership and investing in others! 🙌

Pastor John & Sherrie, THANK YOU! Thank you for your obedience to God’s calling, your heart for people, and everything you do for Legacy Church. We love you, honor you, and appreciate you more than words can express!

Happy Pastor Appreciation Day! ❤️

🎉 CELEBRATING GODLY LEADERSHIP! 🙌

We are so proud to congratulate our very own Pastor John Gardner on being elected to the Church of God Texas State Council for the 2026–2028 term! 👏

Pastor John faithfully serves not only as our pastor here at Legacy Church, but also as a District Overseer, pouring into, mentoring, and encouraging pastors throughout our district. His heart for ministry, dedication to the Kingdom, and passion for raising up leaders continue to make an impact far beyond the walls of Legacy Church!

We also want to celebrate and congratulate several incredible pastors from our district on their leadership and service!

📍Pastor Daniel Robertson – Iowa Park Lakeview Church of God | Evangelism Board

📍Pastor Chris Grant – Burkburnett Abundant Life | Youth Board

📍Pastor Cole Shannon – Henrietta Church of God | Youth Board

What a blessing to see God raising up and using leaders from our district to make a difference across the state of Texas!

We are thankful for pastors who lead with humility, serve with faithfulness, and have a heart for advancing the Kingdom of God. ❤️

Legacy Church family, help us congratulate and celebrate these incredible men of God! We are excited to see all that God continues to do through their leadership and ministries! 🙌🔥

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, PASTOR JOHN!💙🎉

What do you get when you combine a love for Jesus, Detroit Lions football, and some good smoked brisket? PASTOR JOHN GARDNER! 😂🙌

Today we’re celebrating a man who loves BIG, leads with passion, preaches the Word, and never misses an opportunity for some good BBQ or Lions football! 🏈🍖

Pastor John, we are so thankful for your leadership, your heart for people, and the way you faithfully serve God and His church. You are a blessing to our Legacy family, and we pray this next year is filled with God’s favor, joy, and blessings!

💙 Legacy family, help us wish Pastor John a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 🎂🎉

P.S. We’re praying the Lions give you something to celebrate this season, too! 😂🦁🏈
