Week 4: Consistent Steps, Real Change - Small Steps Still Count

Growth doesn’t usually look dramatic. It looks consistent.

It’s choosing the next right step

even when it feels small.

Healing isn’t one big breakthrough it’s a series of quiet decisions.

To show up.

To reach out.

To pause.

To try again.

Even when you’re tired.

Even when it feels slow.

Small steps don’t mean you’re stuck.

They mean you’re still moving.

You don’t need to do everything.

You just need to keep going.

✨ Try this today:

Pick one small step

and follow through

That’s enough for today

💬 Let’s talk:

What’s one small step you’re taking this week?

From our Mental Health CR reps:

💚Mental Health Monday 💚

Not Every Thought Is Truth

Just because you think it

doesn’t mean it’s true.

Our minds can be loud,

especially when we’re tired, overwhelmed, or triggered.

Thoughts can sound like:

“I’m not enough”

“I always mess things up”

“Nothing is going to change”

And if we’re not careful we start to believe them without questioning them.

But you have permission to pause.

You can slow the moment down and ask:

Is this true… or does it just feel true right now?

You don’t have to fight every thought,

you just don’t have to agree with all of them.

Some days that looks like:

• texting your Sponsor to reality check a thought

• asking your Accountability Partner “am I seeing this clearly?”

• writing it down and challenging it instead of spiraling

• grounding yourself before reacting

Your thoughts are real

but they are not always reliable.

✨ Try this today:

The next time a heavy thought comes up

pause and ask yourself,

“What is actually true right now?”

Even one small truth can interrupt the spiral.

💬 Let’s talk:

What’s one thought you’ve learned not to believe anymore?

I know we’re past Easter but I love the visual to this. Only God can put Humpty Dumpty (me) back together again; no matter how hard I try, I can’t; or how I try to have others do it for me, they can’t…only God can!
